Alicja Grocz

Originally from Poland, Alicja has studied and worked in Sweden, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. She has travelled extensively throughout the world and this international influence has broadened her creative practice.

Her style is internationally eclectic; both modern and traditional. Colour, texture and movement are an important aspect of her work and she aims to capture the essence of her subjects whether photographing people, landscape or still life.

Alicja is fascinated by the ability photography gives her to freeze the universe for just that fraction of a second, a unique moment in time where the creative process becomes the art itself.
