Studio or Studio + Lighting

The Garden Studio can be used as a natural light space, or supported with lighting and grip as required.

We can provide simple working setups, including overhead diffusion, basic furniture, and production support.

Lighting packages can be added depending on the brief.

This space is used when you want the feel of location, with the control of a studio.

The Light

The space has been designed around how light moves through it.

• morning: predominantly shaded, soft and even
• afternoon: directional, increasingly backlit
• main wall reflects and shapes light back into the subject

The result is consistent, usable natural light across the day.

This is a working environment, not a public garden.

Garden Access + Short Use

All indoor studio bookings include access to the Garden Studio for crew use.

In addition, you may use the Garden Studio as a shooting space for up to 1 hour at no additional charge.

A simple way to add a second look without leaving the building.

Weekdays only. Not available on weekends.

Conditions

• must be within your booked studio time
• small crew only
• no amplified sound
• no large setups or complex builds
• no staging or prep time included in the 1 hour
• the space must be left as found

For longer or dedicated use, the Garden Studio must be booked separately.

This is a shared space within an active studio.

Seasonality

The Garden Studio is weather dependent.

Use is strongest through spring, summer, and early autumn.

During wetter months, availability may be limited or require additional preparation.

Access and Use

• small crews only
• 8am start
• full pack-out by 6pm
• overtime by arrangement
