1. SELECT GEAR
- a. Select the gear you want from our website, and email us a list at shoot@kingsize.co.nz
- b. If you have any queries, call +64 (0)9 37181027 and speak to one of our gear specialists.
2. NEW CLIENT & PAYMENT SET UP
- a. We need to set you up as a new client. Please fill in this New Client Form.
- b. Next we need your credit card authorisation for invoice payment or excess payment, in the event of a claim.
- This can be done in person or over the phone (not via email, for security purposes).
3. COLLECT YOUR GEAR, or ARRANGE DELIVERY
- a. When you order your gear, please let us know your required pick up and return times from Kingsize.
- b. If you need delivery, we can arrange that anywhere around Auckland, through New Zealand, or overseas.
- c. Please be accurate with your timings; we need to ensure there is enough time between rentals
- to test and pack your gear.
4. NEED HELP OR PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE?
- a. Do you need technical support before or during your shoot? Call or email us.
- We can also arrange time for you to test or get some training with the gear prior to your shoot.
- b. We can help you book crew, find props, or other production steps.
5. IT’S A WRAP
- a. Please ensure all gear is returned, tested, cleaned, packed and complete.
- We will charge extra days for any items returned late, eg: memory cards.
- Can you let us know about any issues, or feedback.
- b. Finalise any billing details & payment.
We do not allow 3rd party bookings without a formal purchase order from that company.
Until that time you will be liable for full payment of any equipment taken by you,
even if you are requesting 3rd party billing.
