OMS Profile: Sophie Daum
Sophie Daum, 24 years old, is studying communication design in Würzburg, Germany since 2007. She will graduate in 2012.
Sophies main interest during her studies is photography but she started being interested in filming and movie making as well.
Sophie came over to New Zealand in September 09 to get work experience at Kingsize Studios for her studies in Germany. After a while she decided to stay longer in Auckland to go more into assisting and start building her portfolio.
She assisted different photographers in New Zealand on fashion, stillife and advertising shoots and was filming behind the scenes on music video sets.
Sophie is interested in documentary and people photography. She likes telling a story with her pictures and to involve the personality of a person.
