Kingsize is designed to make shoots run smoothly.
If you’re new to working with us, this is the process.
1. Send us your plan
Start by sending through your shoot outline.
We will:
• recommend the right studio
• suggest a working lighting setup
• flag any constraints early
If the brief is clear, we move quickly.
2. Confirm your booking
Once the scope is agreed:
• bookings are confirmed with approval or PO
• new clients complete a quick setup form
• payment or account details are arranged
3. Prepare your shoot
We will:
• prepare your gear
• confirm timings
• organise any delivery or logistics
If needed, we can assist with:
• crew
• technical support
• pre-shoot testing
4. Shoot
Arrive, work, and run your shoot.
Studios are set up to work immediately.
Support is available if required.
5. Return and wrap
• return gear clean, tested, and complete
• confirm any issues
• finalise billing

We do not allow 3rd party bookings without a formal purchase order from that company.
Until that time you will be liable for full payment of any equipment taken by you,
even if you are requesting 3rd party billing.
