The classic 650w tungsten Fresnel has been the workhorse of the past, but still has a place when you are working with all tungsten fixtures, especially in a black out studio, or you want the pin sharp look of tungsten, or you may just want the aesthetic of these traditional lamps for your set. Remember they get very hot to the touch, so you must have heat resistant gloves or you will burn yourself. Tungsten lamps are also brittle when hot so please be careful with your pack down.
