The 7ft diameter octagonal box is great as a giant natural soft source, or fill. Excellent for lighting large objects or areas with an efficient setup.
We highly recommend you use this with a grip arm and head or mini-boom with adequate off-set for angling down.
As illustrated in the photo, the 7ft is actually an extension skirt added to the 5ft Octa. In setup, usually you remove the 5ft front baffle, but really you can do what ever you like, by using different diffusion combinations, for different effects.
